Maybe a set of instructions ie where to find the rubbish bins. Perhaps large glass bowls to make porridge in, for the cyclists! Very minor points really. We had a great stay!

We regret the inconvenience you experienced on the day of arrival. There was indeed a cleaning error — a human mistake from the external cleaning service — but the team was sent immediately and the apartment was fully ready within one housee more

We regret the inconvenience you experienced on the day of arrival. There was indeed a cleaning error — a human mistake from the external cleaning service — but the team was sent immediately and the apartment was fully ready within one hour. It is worth noting that, when first contacting us, you gave us the wrong property name. This naturally created further confusion and the impression that “we had no idea what was going on”, when in fact the information provided was incorrect from the start. What we find most regrettable is that, rather than appreciating that the situation was resolved quickly and that the rest of the stay went smoothly, you chose to describe your entire holiday as “awful” and even demanded €70 for drinks you had while waiting. We believe that, in circumstances like this, a little understanding and empathy would have been more appropriate than turning a minor incident into such a disproportionate claim.
