Lovely Country home for 6 people plus 2 babies in the quietl area of La Font, very close to Pollensa old town (walking distance), beside the Tramuntana Mountains.
The location is perfect for those who wants to enjoy the nature and calm surroundings next to the Tramunta Mountains, but at the same time you have a very short distance to the beach (Puerto Pollensa at 5km) Pollensa itself counts with its own golf court (Golf Pollensa at 2 km)
The property has nice garden areas with plenty of space for children and a lovely covered terrace perfect for meals and breakfast outside.
In the interior of the house we find 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, a cosy living-room with satellite TV and a large dining room which leads us to the covered terrace with views towards the green and beautiful garden. Pool 9'50x4'50 meters with a depth of 1'20 to 1'90. There´s another bathroom in the exterior, just in front of the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully fitted and offers all you need for a self-catering holiday.
Further services are: washing machine, dishwasher, satellite Tv, Dvd. Wifi included in the price.
