Description
Villa Bambu is located 50 m from the beach of Puerto Pollensa, with bars and supermarkets, which are within walking distance, without any problem.
Totally reformed house in ground floor for 6 people plus 2 babies, it has a dining room, fully equipped and recently reformed kitchen and three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (without bath). NEW PICTURES IN MAY!!!
The whole house has air conditioning and Wifi is included in the price.
The living room also has satellite TV. It has a fan.
Outside, the barbecue and a table to eat under an awning.
A deposit of 300 € is required to pay on arrival, of which the cost of taxes (2,2 € per person per night) are deducted and will be refunded the balance before departure.
Booking fee: 80,00 € to pay on arrival.
For stays of less than 6 nights a supplement of 144 € will be charged.
Electricity is not included in the price (0,27 €/kw).
A baby cot and high chair are included in the price.
All extras are to be paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Includes a change of sheets and towels for bookings of 14 nights or more.
One change of sheets and towels per week for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Our recommendation is that if you want to visit the island is better to have a rental car to move around comfortably.
